Morgan Thomas, Owner

Morgan is a hands-on representative with deep experience in the development process, personally overseeing every project to ensure details are done right — from preconstruction to turnover.

With over 24 years of construction experience, Morgan leads all stages of the development and construction processes including project plan development, contract review and compliance, and cost and schedule analysis. He also focuses on developing relationships with clients, subcontractors, direct contract professionals, and business partners.

Over the course of his career, Morgan has been involved in the construction of multi-family apartments, mixed-use, commercial, retail and single-family master planned communities across the country. In addition, Morgan brings twelve years of experience specifically focused on student housing. His projects have supported both on- and off-campus communities with purpose-built, high-quality living environments fostering long-lasting relationships while providing exceptional “live learn” experiences.

Morgan works side by side with ownership teams to offer construction-related guidance and analysis during the PREDEV and closing processes. This may include, but not be limited to, general contractor (GC) interviews & selection, final pricing evaluation and subsequent contract negotiations. After financial closing, Morgan’s efforts transition to include direct management and oversight of project day-to-day operations, coordination of the design professionals & consultants, schedule and budget reviews, change order negotiations, final punch inspection/acceptance, contract close-out and warranty integration.

Aside from his passion for classic cars, Morgan is an avid hiker and is in the process of hiking to the highest natural point in all 50 states.
